GTM engineering for B2B SaaS · one engineer, not an agency

You hired your first salesperson. Now someone has to tell them who to call.

I'm a software engineer who builds the targeting and enrichment layer behind outbound: the system that decides who gets contacted, and why. Built for seed to Series B B2B SaaS companies going from founder-led sales to an actual sales motion.

Tell me what you sell and who buys it. Within two working days you get back the three signals I'd target first and why, in writing. No call, no obligation, nothing to cancel.
One batch, 1 Sep 2026 My own pipeline. Real numbers.
  1. 33 companies matched the signal
  2. 24 killed by the checks
    • 11 · job ad too old to still be true
    • 8 · already had sales leadership
    • 4 · my own check had missed the sellers
    • 1 · too mature to be founder-led
  3. 2 worth an email

01 Before you scroll further

No case studies. I'd rather you heard it from me.

This is a new practice. There's no logo wall on this page because there's nothing honest to put on one, and I'd rather say so in the first screen than let you find out in the third.

  • What I'm building on

Eight years building and shipping software professionally. An outbound pipeline is a data pipeline, and debugging those is the job I already do.

  • What exists today

    • Working Clay tables and enrichment waterfalls
    • A signal method I can walk you through end to end
    • No paying clients yet. You'd be the first.
  • So: two kinds of buyer

If you need a reference customer's phone number, I'm not your vendor yet, and I'd rather not waste your quarter.

If you'd rather judge the work than the client list, ask me to open the tables and walk you through one. That offer is real and it costs you nothing.

02 What you get

Four deliverables. You can open all of them.

Nothing here is a black box or a monthly PDF. You can open every part of it, and if we stop working together it keeps running.

  1. 01

    The machine

A working enrichment pipeline. Yours to keep.

  2. 02

    The logic

Written signal definitions — what triggers inclusion, and why.

  3. 03

    The flow

Verified contacts landing in your sending tool, with per-signal copy.

  4. 04

    The scoreboard

Which signal produced which reply rate, reviewed weekly.

03 What actually moves the number

Signals, not lists.

One batch of my own, 1 September 2026. A 73% kill rate, and every kill has a written reason. See all 24 →

Everyone buys the same lists from the same three databases and then argues about the first line of the email. The variable that actually moves reply rate is upstream of the copy: whether the person you contacted has a reason to care this week.

A list

500 B2B SaaS companies.

True on the day it was exported, true of everyone on it, and true of nothing in particular. It tells you a company exists. It doesn't tell you anything happened.

A signal

An observable fact that means a company needs you this week.

  • A first sales hire posted 11 days ago
  • A funding round
  • A new VP Sales
  • A stack change
Reported reply rate by level of signal targeting
Approach Reported reply rate
Generic cold outreach 1–5%
Single-signal targeting 3–8%
Multi-signal, timed 8–15%

Published ranges vary widely by source, sample and definition, so treat them as direction, not a promise. I haven't reproduced the top row for a client yet — I don't have clients yet. I've built the tables and I'll walk you through them.

04 Why an engineer

The failures are silent, which is why non-engineers don't catch them.

An outbound data pipeline is a data pipeline. It breaks the way data pipelines break — quietly, at the row level, in ways a dashboard reports as green.

Common data layer failures in outbound, and why they go unnoticed
What breaks Why most people miss it
Enrichment waterfalls fail silently The column looks full. Half the rows are stale.
Entity resolution Acme Inc / Acme, Inc. / acme.io = 3 rows, 1 company.
Rate limits and retries The run half-completes and nobody notices.
Cost explosion Re-running a table bills every row again.
Prompt drift AI research quietly returns garbage at scale.

05 Pricing

Three ways to work together.

Fixed scope, fixed price, stated up front. Tools are included in the monthly tiers — no separate Clay bill, no surprise on the second call. Euros, excluding VAT.

Signal Map

€1,500 Fixed price · 2 weeks · tools included
  • ICP and signal research
  • One built enrichment waterfall
  • 1,000 verified contacts at under 2% bounce
  • The pipeline is yours to keep
Start with the Signal Map → The low-risk way to find out if I'm any good. Most people should start here.

Full-Stack GTM

€8,500 / month 3-month minimum · tools included
  • Everything above
  • CRM and data architecture ownership
  • Multi-channel
  • Inbound signal capture
  • Board-ready pipeline reporting
See if this is overkill for you → Most companies under 30 people don't need this. I'll tell you if you're one of them.

What this replaces. An in-house GTM engineer costs €90,000–€140,000 a year fully loaded, plus three to six months of ramp before they produce any pipeline. Managed Outbound is roughly a quarter of that, starts the week you say go, and you keep the machine either way.

06 Guarantee

Guarantee

10 qualified meetings in your first 90 days, or month three is free.

Applies to Managed Outbound and Full-Stack GTM. Qualified means a booked call with someone inside your stated ICP who showed up. And the part that's purely mine: if the pipeline doesn't deliver the contact volume we agreed at under 2% bounce, you don't pay for it at all. That's engineering, and I'll stand behind it without conditions.

07 Founding client

The first two companies get the Signal Map free.

Not a discount. A trade, stated plainly: you take a chance on someone without a track record, and I get the one thing I can't buy.

  • ICP and signal research
  • Written signal definitions
  • One built enrichment waterfall
  • 1,000 verified contacts, under 2% bounce
  • Yours to keep either way

In exchange, if it works, I get a written case study I can publish — and you approve every word before it goes up. If it doesn't work, you keep the pipeline and I get nothing. That asymmetry is deliberate.

08 Questions

Frequently asked questions

The things people ask on the first email, answered before you have to send it.

What is Reachwright?

Reachwright is a one-person GTM engineering service. I'm a software engineer who builds the data layer behind outbound for European and US B2B SaaS companies: signal targeting, enrichment pipelines and deliverability infrastructure.

What is GTM engineering?

Building and running the systems that decide who your go-to-market motion contacts, and why. For outbound that means everything upstream of the email itself — the targeting and enrichment layer. It's a data problem, so it's a debugging problem.

How is this different from an outbound agency?

An agency sells you sending volume and copywriting. I build the data layer underneath it and hand you the machine. You get a working enrichment pipeline, written signal definitions, and a per-signal scoreboard — not a monthly PDF.

Do I keep the pipeline if we stop working together?

Yes. The enrichment pipeline is yours to keep, along with the written definitions of what triggers inclusion in each signal and why. Nothing here is a black box you lose access to.

Who do you work with?

European and US B2B SaaS companies, seed to Series B, roughly 20 to 150 people. Usually founder-led sales, usually just made or about to make the first sales hire. Some have tried outbound and stalled, some haven't started at all. Both are fine — the second is easier, because there's nothing to undo.

Do you write the email copy?

I'm not a copywriter. Copy is part of what I build — per-signal messaging is in the deliverables — but reply rate moves because of who gets contacted and why, not because of the subject line.

Why are there no case studies?

Because this is a new practice and there is nothing honest to put on a logo wall yet. What I have instead is a working pipeline, a documented methodology, and prices well below agencies who do have case studies.

What does it cost, and how long does it take to start?

Signal Map is €1,500 fixed over two weeks. Managed Outbound is €3,500 per month — 60 days, then rolling monthly. Full-Stack GTM is €8,500 per month on a three-month minimum. Tool costs are included in the monthly tiers.

09 Get in touch

Two ways to start.

If you haven't started outbound yet: tell me what you sell and who buys it. I'll send back the three signals I'd target first and why, in writing.

If you're already sending: tell me what's going out, who it's going to, and where the list came from. You'll get a written teardown — the targeting, the enrichment, the deliverability.

Either way: no call required, and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.

Or just email me, if you'd rather: adomas@reachwright.com
