Short version: there are no cookies on this site, no third-party analytics, and no mailing list. If you fill in the form, the answers go to my inbox and nowhere else.
Who is responsible
Reachwright is the trading name of MB Domeika Solutions, a company registered in Lithuania. I am the data controller and there is nobody else — one person, so it will be me who reads anything you send.

If you fill in the contact form
The form asks three things: what you sell, who buys it, and your email address. I use them for exactly one purpose — to write back with the signals I'd target, and to continue that conversation if you want to.
- Lawful basis: your request, and my legitimate interest in answering it.
- Shared with: nobody. No CRM, no newsletter tool, no advertising platform.
- Stored: on the same server that hosts this site, outside the public web root.
- Kept for: up to 24 months, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.
Analytics
This site counts visits using software I wrote, running on this server. No third party is involved and nothing is sold or shared.
- No cookies, no localStorage, no persistent identifier — which is why there is no consent banner.
- Your IP address is never written to disk. It is combined with your browser string and today's date, hashed, and truncated. That value is regenerated every midnight UTC, so the same person on two days counts as two, and nobody can be followed between days.
- Referrers are reduced to a hostname, never the full URL.
- Recorded: page, referrer hostname, coarse device size, scroll depth, engaged time, and which link was clicked.
Server logs
My hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period. That is their process and applies to any site they host.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email adomas@reachwright.com and I will do it — one person, so it will be me who reads it. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
For the analytics there is nothing to retrieve or delete: without a persistent identifier there is no way to find "your" rows, which is the point of building it that way.
Changes
If this changes I'll update the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify.
